1. Division of the teams

In order to distribute our skills and preferences appropriately, at the first meeting the respective tasks were distributed directly and each student could sign up for the team of his or her choice.

2. Set article topics

The topic of "values" offers a wide range of possible interpretations. Therefore, the authors have collected their ideas for the articles and discussed them in such a way that the magazine is versatile and interesting.

3. Social media strategy

In order to maintain a clear line on social media from the outset, this strategy was defined early on and then implemented by the responsible team on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.

4. Decision on the cover

The cover. One of the most important decisions was also made very early on. After many students had submitted their proposals, we voted on which cover idea would fit the theme best.

5. Write articles

A magazine needs articles. Interesting articles. That's why the authors look for creative ideas on the topic of "values" and write articles about them. There are only a few limits to the topic and so a multi-layered magazine is created.

6. Recruit sponsors

We need money. Everything we produce costs money. These have to be covered by us and for that we have the sales team. By getting sponsors who benefit from advertising, everyone has an advantage.

7. Printers

The production team is looking for a suitable company to print our broadside issue. Factors such as implementation, cost, time and humanity play a major role.

8. Create online presence

The final product is in printed form. But again, an online presence is essential, so we try to promote the magazine and share some background information via the website.

9. Introducing storytelling

We don't just want to write articles for the magazine. We want to make articles tangible. With the help of the storytelling function, a completely new way of reading can be achieved.

10. Shooting

The video team shoots a video on the topic of values. The storyboard has to be created, scenes shot and edited.

11. Create photo series

Pictures say more than a thousand words. To provide variety in the magazine, the articles are not the only content. The photo team sets the scene with pictures that match the theme.

12. Design of the articles

Each author has a designer in the team. The finished articles must then be presented by the designers so that they look appealing in the magazine.

13. Create imprint

So that everyone knows who has worked on the magazine, an imprint is created. The team came up with a creative idea and then photographed each member of the project.

14. Presentation of the results

Before the project is completed, each team presents its work so that everyone knows where they stand and adjustments can be made if necessary.

15. Final sprint

Everyone's work is summarised, the magazine is printed and everyone is excited about the product. The goal is getting closer and closer.
